1. Range
These terms and conditions of “Texco International” (hereinafter “Seller”) apply to all contracts, with a consumer or business (the “Customer”) to the seller in respect of the sale that is displayed in the online store merchandiser and / or services closes.

2. The Prices
The prices quoted by the Seller not include VAT (TAX) and cost of the shipment.
3. Ordering and delivery
Delivery will be made, unless otherwise agreed, to your specified delivery address. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of delivery, even in partial deliveries.
When the carrier sends the goods back to the seller, because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the cost of the failed delivery. This does not apply if the customer refuses because the right to return is used, the customer is not satisfied with the condition of the package, which led to the impossibility of delivery, the customer was temporarily prevented from adopting the offered service.
The seller reserves the right to return in case of incorrect or improper delivery of the contract. This applies only in the case of non-delivery, that is not attributable to the Seller, is completed with diligence. The Seller shall make all reasonable efforts to acquire the goods. In case of non-availability or only partial availability of the product, the customer will be informed and must repay or refund immediately.
4. The Purchase Agreement
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer. By pressing the “Confirm Order” button, you place a binding order for the goods. The confirmation of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order, which automatically comes into being immediately after sending via e-mail.
This email is a confirmation of the purchase agreement.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

6. Returns
A texcointernational.com you can exchange or return an item if you report it to us within 14 days after receipt. You have 14 days to return the product after reporting. It is important, however, that the product is complete and is in the original package (if reasonably possible). For products that are damaged or incomplete costs can be charged. You are responsible for the cost of returning the package, except if there is a valid complaint. In this case we will charge courier to come pick up your package. The purchase price and the cost of the first shipment will be refunded to your account up to 30 days after termination of your purchase. In the case of custom made products ( customized items and custom cut fabric) return or exchange is not possible. (With the exception of products supplied incorrectly or errors in the material). When returning items that do fall under the right to return (for example; sewing thread, needles, etc), you can use the return form which you can request from our support department (support@texcointernational.com). 7. Guarantee
The guarantee on the goods in accordance with the statutory provision and has a duration of 2 years legal guarantee from the date of dispatch of the goods. The guarantee is void if the Consumer the product wash, cut, or otherwise change the original condition.
8. Color Differences
Please note that we are not responsible for color differences between the pictures on the Internet and Fabric. The desired product Commercial color differences and differences in the structure of fabric between samples and delivered fabric or between individual deliveries are inevitable and confirm no lack.
9. Registration
The customer must confirm Texco International registration. In addition, the customer agrees to our terms and conditions.
10. Retention
The goods remain our property until full payment of all claims against the customer.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal data are only for the execution of the agreement.
